The WINSHAW® SaaS tool, at its core, allows teams and individuals to evaluate multiple choices they may have against a host of criteria important to them in the decision-making process in order to make the right decision. Anyone who has ever either participated in team decision-making or facilitated the process knows how challenging it can be. Thus, WINSHAW® was born from personal experience facilitating countless sessions. Customer empathy work and research validated the problem and need and guided the design.
